The entrance path to The Manor takes you to a truly one of a kind location for your special celebration and event.




The facilities at The Manor include a custom designed natural tone stone pool and spa area. It's surrounded by plant landscaping and offers custom color lighting. This area can also serve as a staging spot for speaking and presentations.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Bar and Deck Area can serve as the center of your entertainment activities. The circular stone bar features a refrigerator, sink area, barbeque and custom lighting. It's surrounded by a multi level wood deck featuring a large area for tables and chairs as well as for standing and mingling.

The rustic country decor interior of The Manor allows guests to step into a more quiet area to enjoy the comfort of sitting by the fireplace. The interior of The Manor can also accomodate a large number of your guests should the weather become uncooperative.

 

The Manor features the space for over 200 people to fully enjoy themselves in total comfort.

The "Manor" at The Enchanted Manor is available all seven days of the week.

Rates start at $2,500.00 (for up to 50 people) for a 5 hour event along with 2 hours of preparation and setup time. Prices vary based on the specifics of your event and number of guests. Call us for a custom quote.

  • Client is responsible for Event Insurance (required)
  • $200.00 additional for any extra hour
  • $500.00 Refundable cleaning and security deposit required
  • 50% Non refundable deposit required to reserve your date
  • Balance is due at least 60 days prior to your event


Because the Enchanted Manor is a single property and bookings are made well in advance, if any reservation is canceled or shortened within sixty (60) days prior to your event, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If The Enchanted Manor can book something in your time slot, then and only then will a full or partial refund be made.

Rates and polices are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and for special requests. Rates for parties/events/weddings/etc. are subject to the number of guests and your special needs. We can also provide catering service by our celebrity Chef Kurt Ehrlich for both large and small parties.
